@michelle-eimmerman once you add it to your calendar, it uses whatever time zone you’re using.

I made a shareable calendar with the full schedule for Worlds. Was trying to plan out my work day to ensure I avoid meetings during the Finals I want to watch.

Google Cal has the option for both Google and iCal sharing, so pick the option that works best for you.

Google Cal: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=bqrsnal0tsfrt93r1lq3o4nk0o%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=America%2FNew_York
iCal: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/bqrsnal0tsfrt93r1lq3o4nk0o%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics

Once we have final start lists with athletes, I’ll also link them in each invite so everything is in one spot.
