Sorry if this is posted elsewhere and this is a repeat- but I have many old televised gymnastics tapes from the ‘90s (VHS) that I would love to send to someone who wants them and who might digitize to share with others. Some of the competitions you can find online, but I swear I have some pieces that cannot be found online…including my favorite post competition fluff piece from 1992 Olympics. I’d love to find a loving, archiving home for them. I’m in the US.

Can someone more creative than I am please come up with a graphic for "the Mental Problems of a Gym Nerd" so that there can be merch? I would definitely buy a hat that says "I Have the Mental Problems of a Gym Nerd" because that's as close as I would get to tattooing it on my forehead.

Is it just me, or does something feel off about Simone not endorsing this book?
Simone is usually very active on Instagram, constantly posting and reposting things. So it feels strange that she hasn't shared anything about a book that’s literally about her. I can’t quite put my finger on it, but something doesn’t sit right. Anyone else feel the same?

Is anyone interested in an adult gymnastics class (it's basically open gym) in the Annapolis, Maryland area? I am looking for a buddy to attend class with - they only hold the class if two or more people attend, and I find it hard to be motivated to go by myself! Thanks!

Hey yall, I was thinking about making a social media account dedicated to making fun gymnternet games. I was gonna start off with a tournament called “Who is the King/Queen of the Gymternet?” Where voters would start Round 1 with a list of 100 gymnasts to vote for. Each round the gymnasts with the least amount of votes would be eliminated until eventually one winner remains! Where would be the best place to try and start this? Also would you guys be interested in participating in games like these?

Coaching Burnout and Career Transitions

This is my first time posting here, so apologies if this is not the right spot. I'm not sure where else to seek out insight from people who "get it" or have similar experience and can provide outside perspective to share.

I have been coaching USAG Competitive for 15 years. I'm in my 3rd cycle of burnout and I have tried so many different things to mitigate it and I'm now at a point where I need to make a transition - it is affecting my mental health severely and my life outside of work is not existent.

I'm 36 years old and I've done a multitude of different things in addition to coaching (retail, fitness professional, fitness studio management, certified massage therapist, B2B sales). I competed NCAA gymnastics, have a degree in Communications and I just don't know how or where to transition my skillsets to something else that is not as all encompassing/mentally demanding/identity consuming but that also pays the bills.

If anyone here has transitioned out of coaching, has any ideas or leads on positions or opportunities, let me know, hit me up, point me in some sort of direction!
