The CDC makes medical recommendations/guidelines. Schools and universities need to adhere to the legally governing bodies in their states.
What do you guys think of the idea of FIG allowing judges to award certain types of bonus (for artistry, amplitude, ROV, etc.) in addition to the current deductions taken by the E panel. Do you think: 1. It’s a good idea, 2. It would help separate gymnasts better since E scores alone do not. Or would judges fuck this up too?
