I’m embarrassed to ask this, but what is inbars?
It is when the gymnast starts in a handstand, transitions into a pike position bringing their feet in between their arms and swings around the bar but they do not place their feet on the bar and then it ends in a handstand. Hope this helps, but if not feel free to google a video of it!
