Hi! I’m interested in doing adult gymnastics, but only the conditioning part. I’ve never done gymnastics, but i did ballet six days a week all through high school. Is this something that exists, or would I have to do apparatus training?
yes!! look up gymnastics strength training (GST), there might be a gym in your area that offers it. i can only vouch for nyc. 🙂 GymnasticBodies has a great online program.
BTW, I’m 44.
