We plan to lock lineup 30 minutes prior to the first meet of the week using the RoadtoNationals schedule as our guide ( https://roadtonationals.com/results/schedule/1 ). The exception is if a meet happens on a Monday or Tuesday, then they are included in the previous week's scoring. In these instances that sometimes means a team will record multiple scores in a week. We count the high score.
* All times listed are Pacific Time
Week 1 - Friday, Jan. 3 - 3:30pm
Week 2 - Friday, Jan. 10 - 3:15pm
Week 3 - Thursday, Jan. 16 - 3:30pm
Week 4 - Friday, Jan. 24 - 2:15pm*
Week 5 - Friday, Jan. 31 - 2:30pm
Week 6 - Friday, Feb. 07 - 3:30pm*
Week 7 - Friday, Feb. 14 - 3:30pm*
Week 8 - Friday, Feb. 21 - 2:30pm*
Week 9 - Friday, Feb. 28 - 2:15pm*
Week 10 - Wednesday, Mar. 05 - 8:30am
Week 11 - Friday, Mar. 14 - 2:30pm
Week 12 - Friday, Mar. 21 - 2:30pm
* there are earlier meet(s), but the athletes aren't in the league

First timer here, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask! I changed my roster this morning before the lock time but as I look at it this evening, my roster changes were not saved - is there something I did wrong?

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the list of timings for the locking of line ups, that is really helpful.
I have logged in this morning to check on my team and found that my week 2 team is now locked again into week 3. I don't understand what happened here. I have logged in a few times this week and my week 3 selections were always showing (and I have definitely clicked save at least once!) so I'm not sure why it has reverted back to the week 2 choices when it locked?
If you could let me know where I've gone wrong here so it doesn't happen to me again next week I would really appreciate it!

There is a finish button on the bottom right of the screen where you can see who all is doing what event. At the bottom of names and events, just below them, is the finish button to lock it in.

Does this mean the GW, Penn, WVU @ Towson (Tuesday, March 4) meet will count towards this week (week 9)? I think that means they'll have doubles this week? The email said N/A, so I'm just checking.

Sorry, @gymstats correction. Wednesday meets will count toward week 10. You can see above the lineups lock on Wed. morning.

Ok so just to be *crystal clear* there ARE doubles for week 9, and the teams who have doubles are:
GW
Kent St
Pennsylvania
Southern Utah
Towson
WVU
Is that correct?

@hailey-sen I did not, but I am REALLY hoping that the reason lineups lock so early this week is so Maryland counts a double!

@laura-leventer Hi Laura, from the Home tab at the bottom of the page you should see a Completed Leagues link. That's where the 2025 season can be found. (see attachment)
