These drinks didn't make the first list for a few reasons-- there's more involved to them, and the first list was already a little long, and I didn't want to go past 3 pages. Today is a new day, however! If anyone has a favorite spirit and a fun gymnastics/alcohol/drink pun, let me know and I'll come up with something by the time Opening Ceremonies roll around. Cheers!
Drinks in Blue are non-alcoholic
------------------------------
Caramello Bribe
For when you want to go out and have fun, and deserve something for being wonderful and amazing and completely inspiring.
1oz caramel syrup, plus more for garnish
.5oz Chocolate Liqueur
1.5oz Vanilla Vodka
1.5oz Salted Caramel Cream Liqueur
With the extra caramel syrup on a flat plate, dip in the rim of a cocktail glass. Carefully sprinkle a few pinches of salt over the caramel, but not a lot. Drizzle a few lines of caramel sauce on the inside of the glass. Place glass in the freezer for the caramel to set while you're making the rest of the cocktail. Combine the vodka, liqueurs, and 1oz caramel syrup into a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled. Double strain into prepared cocktail glass and enjoy while kicking back in your home swim-spa. And then go and learn a new skill immediately after, just for kicks.

Four Person Team
Equal parts of everything, because you know they're just gonna go by the all-around standings anyways.
.75oz Mezcal
.75oz Aperol
.75oz Yellow Chartreuse
.75oz Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients together, double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Lime twist to garnish.

No Prom 4 U
A favorite line to apply to the younger crowd, like skipping out on it is the end of your life. But if you're really missing out on awkward dancing in a high-school gym, here's a refreshing punch that you can drink to remind you that your dreams and efforts in the gym will stay with you far longer.
1oz Red Dragonfruit Puree
2oz Mango Juice
1oz Pineapple Juice
Mint
Sparkling water
Red dragonfruit puree can be found in the freezer section of most specialty grocery stores. Shake together dragonfruit puree, mango juice, pineapple juice and mint with ice. Single-strain over fresh ice and top with Sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint.
------------------------------
USAG Petition Process
This drink is as transparent as the name suggests, but has the perk of being 1000% more satisfying.
2oz pineapple juice
1.5oz Pineapple Gum syrup
1.5oz lime juice
3oz coconut cream
Shake briefly with 3 ice cubes to combine. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish with 3 luxardo cherries and fresh nutmeg grated over the top and serve with a straw.
------------------------------
NBC Fluff Piece
A little heavy-handed and unnecessarily overdramatic, but at least it won't impose a false narrative on your life that shapes your early adulthood.
1.5oz Gin
1oz Grapefruit
.5oz Honey
Cucumber
Sage
2oz tonic water
Combine all ingredients except tonic in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake to chill. Double-strain into a wine glass with fresh ice, top with 2oz tonic water and garnish with a cucumber slice and grapefruit half-wheel.
------------------------------
Three Fall Buffer
You could swap the base spirit out with any other spirit and it would still be a winner. Maybe not with a three fall buffer, but you're still walking away golden.
5 fresh cherries, pitted
1oz lime juice
.5oz simple syrup
2oz Bourbon
In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the cherries and simple syrup. Add the lime and Bourbon then top with ice. Shake to chill and double-strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime twist and toast to V-Rod.
------------------------------
Spiked Jaeger
Upgrading the value of the Piked Jaeger this quad made it more popular and this cocktail does the same for jägermeister, upgrading it from a sad fratboy pregame to an elevated and interesting libation.
.5 oz Reposado Tequila
2oz Jägermeister
1oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5oz simple syrup
Shake all ingredients together to chill and double-strain over fresh ice. Sprinkle a pinch or kosher salt over the top and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

For the Selection Committee:
Denied Petition Shot
Is a positive result likely? Unfortunately, no. But given the past year your decision is flawed, at best. Yes, the specs are correct. Yes, this is meant to be taken as a shot. Yes, I might have made this drink out of pure spite, but please keep in mind that this drink is specifically for the national team coordinators. If you are not Tom Forster please do not attempt to consume. No, Tom, you cannot share with Britain's selection committee. They get their own.
.5oz Sriracha
.5o fernet branca
3oz moonshine
1oz everclear
Stir the first 3 briskly to combine. Do not chill, that's not a luxury you deserve. Using an upside down spoon over the surface of the drink, float the 1 oz of ever clear. Light the everclear layer on fire with a match and immediately take the whole shot. The whole thing. All at once.. And then when your gag reflex kicks in, think about your life choices while you're violently throwing up the equivalent of gymternet rage.
I need a Mykayla Skinner cocktail idea - suggestions please and I will post on Insta!
@elizabeth-bateson There's The Two Handed Block on the last list, which was inspired by Mykayla, and for a fruity and refreshing with a touch of spice option.... temporary name could be Collegiate Elite, but I'd welcome suggestions!
Collegiate Elite
2oz blanco tequila
1oz limoncello
.75oz lime
.25oz simple
Eggwhite
3 slices fresh jalapeno
Lime bitters
Dry shake all ingredients for 1 minute. Add 3 ice cubes and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Dot surface of foam with lime bitters.
The Higher the Hair the Closer to God??
though I suppose the "Hire's the Hair Closer to God" would be some sort of variant on a root beer float...
