WHAT’S AT STAKE
- Two automatic spots on the U.S. team for Rotterdam. They go to the top two on a composite score: 60% from the Day One all-around score here and 40% from the two-day all-around total at the U.S. Championships in Phoenix.
- Three more team spots and two replacement athletes (one traveling, one non-traveling), chosen at the selection committee’s discretion based on results, D- and E-scores, consistency, team composition and health.

ROAD TO ROTTERDAM: 2026 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS SCHEDULE
The 2026 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships are October 17–25 at Rotterdam Ahoy in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. GymCastic will be inside the arena from podium training through the final day. Every session converted to your time zone is on Worlds HQ.
Rotterdam time first, then Pacific time. Rotterdam is nine hours ahead of Pacific through October 24 and eight hours ahead on October 25, when Europe leaves summer time.
- Wednesday, October 14: Men’s podium training, 10:00 and 16:00
- Thursday, October 15: Men’s podium training 10:00; women’s podium training 16:00 (7:00 a.m. PT)
- Friday, October 16: Women’s podium training, 9:30 and 16:00 (12:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. PT)
- Saturday, October 17: Men’s qualification, sessions 1 and 2
- Sunday, October 18: Men’s qualification session 3; women’s qualification session 4
- Monday, October 19: Women’s qualification, sessions 5 and 6
- Tuesday, October 20: Men’s team final, 19:00 (10:00 a.m. PT)
- Wednesday, October 21: Women’s team final, 19:00 (10:00 a.m. PT)
- Thursday, October 22: Men’s all-around final, 19:30 (10:30 a.m. PT)
