During the regular season, all six spots for each event would have to be filled before I could save my roster, but it seems last night I was able to build and a partially complete nationals roster. If I don't have time to finish building the roster before the cut-off time, will my roster still be "in play"?

Good question! I'm having a hard time building a roster this time. I need more $!
