She has some great information that I had not seen before, including the amount of medical resources the host country is required to put on "stand-by" for the Olympics per their contract with IOC. Would love to hear Jess' reaction to this.

[UPDATE] Japan now allowing 50% capacity for Japanese fans or up to 10,000 fans in attendance.
