Hi looking for advise/help for my son. He is a junior international Trampolinist and has developed the twisties for past year. It's disappointing for him after all his work but he's stuck and doesn't know how to get over it. I would appreciate advise from any gymnast Trampolinist or otherwise who has come thru this.
It's reached the point where he's thinking of packing it in so I'm just here to help him before he decides.
