I realize this may be an incredibly niche question….but, there was a dance warm up done at Woodward West gymnastics camp that was called “the evolution of dance” and I was wondering if any coaches or former gymnasts have the music mix for this. I’ve looked all over the Internet and the closest thing I can find is a YouTube video of gymnasts at Woodward doing the dance warm up, but it’s only about half of the dance/song posted. If anyone has any ideas where I could get my hands on this I would really love to teach it to my gymnasts for a fun cardio warm up. ❤️
