Hey friends, thanks for your patience, I meant to post this last week but I had some emergency dental work done and have been down for the count. The second post below this one has instructions for some of the ingredients. Let me know if you guys end up making any of these and how they turn out. Be sure to check out the previous two lists for Olympic-worthy drinks like Ponor's Dominatrix Leotard, Two Handed Block, Galieva/Gutsu, and Questionable Ring Leaps!

Cheers!

Elegant and different, you'll have faith that there is at least some creativity left in the world.

1 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
.5 oz Elderflower Liqueur
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.25 oz Simple Syrup

Shake ingredients to chill and double-strain into a couple glass; garnish with a lemon twist and edible flowers as beautiful as Ethyora's floor choreography.

.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple
.5 oz St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram

Shake ingredients to chill, serve up in a coupe glass. Orange peel to garnish.

This drink paves the way for a whole spectrum of possibilities. The same color as Germany's amazing Podium Training unitards, so of course it's great.

2 oz Pisco
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pomegranate Liqueur
.5 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White

Dry shake all ingredients for 1 minute. Add 2 ice cubes and shake vigorously until chilled. Double-strain into a coupe glass and garnish with drops of Angostura bitters

Sometimes the beam has to be bossed around. This drink takes a little work, but the result gives you chills from the confidence.

8 Cranberries (fresh or frozen)
4 Lime Wedges
1.5 oz Leblon Cachaca
1 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur

Muddle the cranberries, lime, and simple like your nailing a standing back with a full. Add Cachaca, Ginger Liqueur; shake to chill and dump without straining into a chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.

The Full Kathy Johnson
You know when you see beautiful gymnastics like Flavia's Ring leaps or Trinity Thomas's NCAA floor debut and you cannot physically contain yourself? Yeah. This drink will evoke the same reaction in you.

2oz Sweetened Coconut Cream
1oz Amaro Nardini
1oz Chilled Espresso
2oz White Rum

Shake briefly with 3 ice cubes to combine, but do not over-dilute. Strain over fresh ice, top with whipped sweetened coconut cream and fresh-grated nutmeg.

Vaccinated
A take on the classic Penicillin cocktail, but with Japanese Whiskey for thematic reasons.

2 oz Japanese Whisky
.75 oz  Lemon Juice
.75 oz Honey Syrup
1.5 oz Sake

For the honey syrup, combine 2oz honey and 2oz warm water. Stir to combine and chill until needed.

Shake all ingredients together to chill and serve over 1 giant ice cube. Garnish with candied ginger and a lemon twist.

Gymcastic Specials

Spencer's Spreadsheets
Like all of Spencer's statistical endeavors, this drink is intricate, vibrant, and utterly awe-inspiring. It's gonna make sure you start things off having a good time. Be warned, a fair bit if work goes into this masterpiece, but it's worth it.

2oz Vodka
1.5oz Pineapple Shrub
1oz Lime Juice
.75oz Honey Syrup
.75oz Benedictine
.5 oz St. Elizabeth's Allspice Dram
Peychauds bitters

Shake together all ingredients except the bitters until chilled. Double-strain over fresh ice, top with a few dashes of peychauds bitters. Garnish with a dried pineapple flower, lime twist, and luxardo cherry. Toss an umbrella on top for good measure to emphasize how over-the-top it is.

Highest Scoring Team
Minimal effort is required because all the math adds up, and you can put yourself in the best situation to be as victorious as possible pretty easily. Tom Forster would ignore this drink, so you know it's good.

1.5 oz Vodka
.5 oz Creme de Cassis
.5 oz Lime Juice

3 oz Ginger Beer

Build ingredients in a glass with ice, top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime twist and your favorite gymnastics GIF.

1 cup Orange Juice
.75 cup Sparkling Lime Mineral Water
1oz Simple Syrup
.5oz Lime Juice
1oz Lemon Juice
.5oz Grenadine

Cocktail Ingredients

Honey Syrup
1:1 honey:warm water. Stir to dissolve, chill until needed.

Pineapple Shrub
4 cups cubed pineapple (fresh or frozen)
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
4 quarter-inch pieces peeled ginger root
2 cups water
2 cups apple cider vinegar

Add pineapple, sugar and spices into a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until the sugar bubbles and the pineapple is caramelized.

Add water and bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the vinegar, stirring to combine.

Cool and refrigerate overnight.

Strain out solids (note: the pineapple chunks are edible and delicious; don’t discard them) and store in refrigerator

Sweetened Coconut Cream
Chill 2 cans of coconut milk overnight. Open the cans upside down and pour off the separated coconut water.
Scoop out the solid coconut cream into the chilled bowl of a stand mixer.
Blend for 1 minute to soften the solids.
Add 2tbsp powdered sugar and .25oz lime juice, stir until fully incorporated.
To make whipped coconut cream, mix on LOW with whisk attachment until soft peaks form, then store in an airtight container until ready to use.
