Hi Gymnerds,

I just got done with an amazing book called "Good for a Girl" by Lauren Fleshman.  Lauren is a former professional runner, but there are so many things in the book that apply to gymnastics, and in fact she references gymnastics several times in the book.  It's a memoir, but it's also a call to action and manifesto for women's sports. It's excellent and just a beautiful piece of writing.  I thought of Jessica so many times.  I chose the audio book, because I love a memoir that is narrated by the author, and it didn't disappoint.

Happy Handstands!
