Please email customerservice@gymcastic.com with your account login email address so they can troubleshoot this issue for you. To clarify, Spencer's guide is for club members only. So if you aren't a club member that might be the error message you're receiving... if you are a club member, we'll need to troubleshoot the problem you're running into.
