Podium Training - Day 1

To submit a question before the show you can do it here or e-mail GymCastic@gmail.com. Many times listeners wish to keep their identity private and e-mail is the best way to request that; also, listeners might want to surprise their fellow gym nerds with their stories/questions by having them be read for the first time on the show. This forum is merely another avenue to submit your question/comments... not the only one. To submit a question during the live show, click on the video title, which will take you to YouTube. While the recording is live YouTube has a sidebar with a field to submit questions.

You will be able to watch the show live: coming soon.

The arena looks very prettily colourful on the photos on social media - how are the gymnasts liking it?

Also the floor looks a bit more forgiving and less stiff than Gymnova normally looks - is that the feedback from the gymnasts?

I havent had a chance to watch all the PT coverage form today yet, but I saw Kensley's interview with Brody Malone where she read him some stats, including that he had the 3rd highest AA score of the year thus far and his reaction was wide eyed and he didnt know that stat. Do you all worry that you are possibly putting stuff into their heads, therefore making them more nervous?! This info can go either way of course...motivate in a positive way, or make more nervous and self implode. Is this ever a consideration when talking to the athletes?? Just curious on thoughts when coming up with interview questions. Thanks!

Can we discuss this in tomorrows show? What the heck is up with Annie Heffernon? I thought we were past this. Also Shilese saying "This is so bad" is concerning. 🙁
