To submit a question before the show you can do it here or e-mail GymCastic@gmail.com. Many times listeners wish to keep their identity private and e-mail is the best way to request that; also, listeners might want to surprise their fellow gym nerds with their stories/questions by having them be read for the first time on the show. This forum is merely another avenue to submit your question/comments... not the only one. To submit a question during the live show, click on the video title, which will take you to YouTube. While the recording is live YouTube has a sidebar with a field to submit questions.

Is there an update on Kara and Leanne? Are USAG offering the athletes telehealth sessions with a sports psych? It's been an absolute whirlwind for all the athletes but especially for these two who are now in quarantine and alone with their thoughts... Has someone sent them things to do? Puzzles, exercise bikes, card making crafts for Kara?
@bella-gymfan I did the maths on that earlier. That team goes .233 higher than current team. Put Carey in as well and take out Chiles and Grace and the team score is in 1st by a long way.
I think the USA has underestimated what Jade is capable of. Her bars have been clean in the US competitions but so underscored. The international judges liked her.
Can Skinner stay in Tokyo? Surely she will be allowed on the slim (but certainly possible) chance there is an injury to Jade or Simone? She would be next in line if that were to happen, but not if she's been forced out of the country!
Are the judges the same for all the WAG competitions in Tokyo?
Could you please talk about the Subdivision 1 disadvantage? Ashikawa on beam this year (and Derwael and Fan Yilin in 2016).
Why was Pauline Schafer referred to as Pauline Schafer-Betz in the broadcast?
If athletes are required to leave 48 hours after competition, does that mean that Skinner has to leave before team final? And that Grace and Jordan will have to leave before all around/events?
Are the judges the same or different for each subdivision in qualifications?
What does it actually take to be a good national team coordinator/high performance coordinator? I feel like we on the gymternet like to say, "Make Aimee NTC, make Brian Carey NTC, make Cecile Landi NTC..." but is the only thing required to be a good gymnastics coach? Is there any other experience required? Or are our suggestions legitimately realistic?
